This project consists of the complete renovation of the existing 13,200 SF three story building, as well as a 2000 SF one story addition.

Existing building is wood framed, and is scheduled to have all non-bearing walls, finishes, doors, windows, & siding removed. There will be a new elevator in a new location, two new stairs, new footings and elevator pit, new shear and interior walls, floor strengthening, doors, windows, siding, roofing, etc. The addition will be wood framed and CLT panels. We are requesting bids for all scopes of work (Job Walk Required), except for MEP scopes.

Scopes of work to include: Site work & Utilities, Demo, Concrete, Structural Steel, Wood Framing, Corten Steel Siding, Windows, Glazing, Roofing, Insulation & Drywall, Paint, Flooring, Casework & Millwork, Doors/Frames/Hardware, Specialty Doors, Landscaping
