Aspect Consulting hires Warinner

Aspect Consulting has hired John Warinner as an associate water resources engineer. He will work in the firm鈥檚 Bend office to help serve clients in central and eastern Oregon, and also support the Portland office. Warinner has over 30 years of experience handling water supply, water rights and GIS projects for irrigators, public agencies and private clients. He previously served as president of his own engineering company and worked at several technology firms.
