Pre-Bid Walkthrough:
An optional pre-bid walkthrough will be held at 2:00pm on Monday, December 18 th , 2017. Attendees should meet at the front entry of the school. All trades are welcome and encouraged to attend. Millwork and Casework bidders are highly encouraged to attend to review the refurbishment of existing millwork.For a list of trades included in this work package, access Andersen-Colas Egnyte link listed below. There is an 18% minimum MWESB participation requirement, and an aspirational goal of 40%.
