Harsch Investment Properties has hired Paula Taylor as VP of retail branding and strategy. She has more than 20 years of experience handling retail branding and event planning. For Harsch, she is responsible for assessing market trends and community outreach opportunities, identifying retail events to strategically market Harsch鈥檚 18 retail properties, and evaluating potential upgrades to the retail portfolio.
