K&L Gates LLP has hired Kevin Hill. He focuses his corporate/mergers & acquisitions practice primarily on securities regulation, corporate governance and capital markets. Prior to earning his Juris Doctor degree from the University of Michigan Law School, Hill held several finance positions with the Boeing Company in California.
