Wells Fargo has appointed Rachael Wagner manager of one of its Portland branches. She joined the company in 2004 as a teller in Portland. She later served there as a lead teller, customer sales & service representative, and personal banker. Wagner then transferred to Gresham, working as a business specialist and later as an assistant branch manager. She was promoted to branch manager in 2009 in Portland.
