North Gresham Elementary School Replacement
1001 SE 217th Avenue, Gresham, OR 97030

Bids Due: 1/30/18 at 2:00pm

Demolition of the existing elementary school and construction of a new 77,675 sf school with extensive site development and offsite improvements.

Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing and Fire Sprinkler scopes have already been awarded.

MB Structures – Bremik鈥檚 affiliate, plans on bidding on installation of doors, frames & hardware; installation of specialties, rough carpentry; cast-in-place and tilt concrete; and installation of precast concrete.

Estimated Schedule: April 2018 – September 2019
