Mandatory: Demolition and Abatement – Optional: Remaining Scopes (Meet in front of school on Main Ave.)

Construction starts March 1, 2018

Bid Package #1 includes the abatement, demolition and earthwork scopes of work for the reconstruction and modernization of Gresham High School. Future bid packages include, Bid Package #2: Core and Shell (March 2018) and Bid Package #3: Interiors (May 2018).

Bid documents are available for review at the Fortis office & at local plan centers.
