O鈥橬eill/Walsh Community Builders is requesting bids for ALL SCOPES based on Bid Set drawings (dated 1/8/18) and specifications (dated 1/8/18) for the NHA Campus Redevelopment Project.

We are looking for bids by 2pm on Thursday, February 8th. The NHA Campus will be an overhaul Northwest Housing Alternatives main campus located on a 1.75 acre site in central Milwaukie, Oregon. The project includes site work on the large site and 5x 2x-Story wood frame buildings, including 1x Office building (2-1/2- Stories), 1x Shelter building and 3x Housing buildings.

Demolition is slated to start April 2018.
