Tonkon Torp partner聽Rocky Dallum聽has joined the board of directors for the ALS Association鈥檚 Oregon and Southwest Washington chapter. He is a partner in the firm鈥檚聽government relations and public policy practice group. He provides strategic counsel to businesses, nonprofits and trade associations on public policy issues, and advocates on their behalf within the state executive and legislative branches. He is particularly active in the areas of tax policy, life sciences and natural resources.
