Michael Zahn of Davis Wright Tremaine LLP has been promoted to partner. He represents clients in all aspects of real estate transactions, including drafts and negotiations of letters of intent, purchase and sale agreements, and closing documents. He also handles leasing and tenant matters, drafts and negotiations of joint venture agreements, and ancillary real estate agreements. Prior to joining the firm, Zahn worked as associate general counsel for a large, privately owned real estate investment company.
