  • Early assistance was sought and later canceled for a new four-story mixed-use building with 17 market-rate residential units over ground-floor retail space at 4064 N. Mississippi Ave. A single-family home currently occupies the site. The applicant is Brent Linden of Allied Works Architecture, and the owner is 4064 North Mississippi Avenue LLC, which is managed by Richlin Anderson of Milwaukie.
  • Early assistance is requested to construct one fourplex and two 12-unit apartment buildings at 7428 N. St. Louis Ave. The applicant is seeking a land division on the CS-zoned lot to produce two individual lots that will each contain a 12-unit apartment building. The applicant is Mark Lisac of Lisac Brothers Construction Inc., and the owners are Lisac Brothers Construction Inc. and St Louis Six LLC, which is managed by Stanley Hubert of Lake Oswego.

  • A Type II adjustment procedure is pending for a requested adjustment to the off-street parking requirement for a future six-unit condominium development at 6837 N. Salem Ave. The applicant is Slavik Dezhnyuk of owner Dez Development LLC.
  • A Type II design review is pending for the renovation of an existing four-floor rooftop to an occupiable amenity roof terrace at the M Financial Plaza building at the Brewery Blocks, 1122 N.W. Davis St. The applicant is Lindsey Newman of GBD Architects, and the owner is SPF Brewery Blocks LLC, which is registered to the New York City address of JPMorgan Chase.
