Building permits issued for Feb. 19-25

• A $750,000 new construction permit was issued on deferred submittal for post-tensioned concrete on a six-story mixed-use project at 1755 N.W. Kearney St. The applicant is Michael Johnson of Holland Partner Group, the contractor is Holland Construction Inc., and the owner is Nash-Holland 17th Kearney Investors LLC.

• A $1,230,000 new construction permit was issued for a three-story, 15-unit apartment building at 450 N.E. Jessup St. The applicant is Nathan Arnold of Faster Permits, and the owner/contractor is BTS Homes Inc. of Vancouver, Washington.

• A $26,700,000 new construction permit was issued for a seven-story mixed-use building at 1378 N.W. 18th Ave. The building will include 196 apartment units over ground-floor commercial, lobby, amenity and parking space, and one floor of below-grade parking. The applicant is Marcus Lima of GBD Architects, the contractor is Holland Construction Inc., and the owner is Keller Holland Pettygrove Investors LLC.

The applicant is Bill Bezio of Mackenzie, the contractor is Precision Construction Company, and the owner is Harrison Square LLC.

• An $815,000 alteration permit was issued for a tenant improvement for Alleman Hall Creaseman & Tuttle on the 23rd floor of the Standard Insurance Center at 900 S.W. Fifth Ave. The applicant is Eliza Balen of GBD Architects, the contractor is Walsh Construction, and the owner is Standard Insurance Co. (Lease Mult Law Library).
