Skanska invites Subcontractors to mark your calendars for bidding the New 340,000SF, 76 Acre Sherwood High School Project. The project will include 3 main bid packages to be released and bid per the following:

Bid Package #1 Site and Building Foundations
Issued: March 16, 2018
Bid Date: April 10, 2018

Bid Package #2 Building Structure/Core/Shell
Issued: April 13, 2018
Bid Date: May 8, 2018

Bid Package #3 Building Systems and Interiors
Issued: June 29, 2018
Bid Date: July 26, 2018

All project scopes are yet to be awarded except for Plumbing, Mechanical and Electrical. Skanska intends to competitively bid the concrete work.
