As a part of this bid, KNCC is requesting subcontractor and supplier proposals to complete all scopes of work for the renovation of the middle school in Beaverton, Oregon. The work will include the first Phase of conversion of the upper gym into classrooms, renovation of 4 additional classrooms, and complete project excavation with site utilities.

There will be a non-mandatory pre-bid meeting held at 3:30PM on Wednesday, Feb. 28 th and Wednesday March 7th at the project site for Five Oaks Middle School, located at 1600 NW 173rd, Beaverton, OR 97006.
