Project Description: The Marine Studies Initiative building is a new state of the art three-story 73,000 SF laboratory facility consisting of research and teaching laboratories, offices, and a 250-person auditorium. It is located on the Oregon State University Hatfield Marine Science Center campus in Newport, Oregon.

*A non-mandatory site walk-thru will be hosted on Friday 3/9 at the Hatfield Project Site @ 11:00 AM.

Documents: 50% CD Package by YGH Architects – Sitework / Excavation / Utilities, Structural Steel, Elevators

Bid documents will be available end of day on March 5th, 2018 to review and download from Andersen’s Egnyte site at: 7.01 – 50% CD Package (03-05- 18)

*All Wage Rates to be BOLI, January 1, 2018
