The project consists of 13,118 sf of additions to the existing building footprint, approx. 41,000 sf of interior renovation, extensive site development and site/building utility upgrades. Site Package 1 scopes include major site work/development, utility upgrades, electrical infrastructure upgrades, site concrete & AC paving.

Estimated Schedule: May 2018 鈥� August 2019

Job Walk: 7am 鈥� 9am on March 21, 2018

Project Goals & Requirements:
– BOLI Commercial Prevailing Wage Rates apply
– DMWESB subcontractors are encouraged to apply
