Skanska promotes Pilutik

CONSTRUCTION
Skanska has promoted Christi Pilutik to human resources director. In addition to Oregon and Southwest Washington, she will oversee human resource functions in the growing Phoenix market.聽Since joining the firm, Pilutik has led analysis of Skanska鈥檚 employee profile data, implemented new tools across the region and served as the human resources lead supporting the national Green Project Solutions team. She holds a bachelor鈥檚 degree from the University of Washington.
