Project Description: Core and Shell scope for a new surgery/ICU addition consisting of two parking levels, four floors, and a mechanical penthouse.

Scope of work included in Pkg. 2: Selective Demolition, Misc Concrete, Masonry, Structural and Misc Steel, Steel Stairs, Waterproofing, Metal Panels, Terracotta Panels, Roofing, Fireproofing, Expansion Joints, Doors, Frames, Hardware, Curtainwall/Punched Openings, Skylights, Walls and Ceilings, Painting, Signage, Parking Control Equipment, Fire Suppression, Plumbing, HVAC Systems, Electrical and Low Voltage, and Landscaping.

A non-mandatory pre-bid meeting will be hosted: Tuesday 3/20 at 10:00am at project site.

All request for clarification must be submitted prior to 3/23/18 at 5 pm.
