Fortis Construction is the CM/GC for the Reconstruction and Modernization of Gresham High School. This project is a phased (multi-year) replacement of 70% of the existing High School. This bid notice is for Bid Package No.2A 鈥� Structure/Core/Shell, to include the following trades (Bid Packages):

BP2.01 – Building Concrete & Reinforcing Steel BP2.02 – Structural Steel, decking & Misc Metals BP2.03 – Masonry & Precast Concrete BP2.04 – Roofing BP2.05 – Metal Wall Panels & Sheet Metal BP2.06 – Storefront/Curtain Wall, Glazing & Entrances

Bid Package No. 2B – Framing, Interiors, Site Paving & Improvements — April 2018
Bid Package No. 3 – Finishes — May 2018
