• Early assistance is pending for construction of a 19-unit apartment building at 431 N.E. Church St. The owner is Vantage Homes LLC of Norco, California; no applicant is listed.

• Early assistance is sought for development of seven townhomes on an R1-zoned lot at 5432 N.E. 18th Ave. The applicant is Gabe Headrick of Steelhead Architecture LLC, and the owner is Green Canopy Homes LLC.

• A Type II design review is sought for installation of steel and glass canopies over the main entrance and retail tenant suites of the Standard Insurance Center building at 900 S.W. The applicant is seeking modifications to the ground-floor window standards and the ground-floor active use standard.

• A Type Ix environmental review is pending for construction of a new pedestrian bridge over West Burnside Road at the Wildwood Trail crossing. The applicant is Jeff Anderson of the Portland Parks Foundation, and the owners are Metro and the city of Portland.
