TriMet appoints Kelsey

TriMet has appointed Chief Operating Officer Doug Kelsey as general manager. Since joining TriMet in 2015, he has focused on developing a strategy to improve rail and bus times, reduce rail rule safety violations, and improve diversity. Prior to working at TriMet, Kelsey served as chief operating officer for TransLink, the regional transportation authority in the Vancouver, British Columbia, metro area.
