BID PACKAGE 1 – GROUP 3A SCHOOLS

Bids Due: 5/3/18 at 2 PM

As a part of this bid, KNCC is requesting subcontractor and supplier proposals to complete all scopes of work for the perimeter hardening and entry improvements at 4 schools in Portland and Beaverton, Oregon. The work will include selective demolition, new storefront systems, hollow metal doors and frames, hardware improvements, framing, drywall, ACT, paint, floor coverings, and fire sprinkler, electrical and HVAC system modifications.

There will be a non-mandatory pre-bid meeting held at 3:30PM on Tuesday, April 24th, 2018 at Merlo Station High School 1841 SW Merlo Dr Beaverton, OR, at the East Entry
