GC Bids are due before 3:00 pm on May 4th . To ensure that SWI has sufficient time to evaluate your quote and complete required bid forms, please provide your scope letter no later than noon on Wednesday May 2nd , and your final pricing no later than 5:00 om on May 3rd (or the day prior to Bid date, if changed).

This Project has SBE and DBE goals of 8.0 and 4.0%, respectively. Stacy and Witbeck intends to negotiate in good faith with all certified DBE firms to encourage participation, including tailoring packages to better fit those firms’ capabilities. Non-DBE subcontractors are expected to do the same.
