ARA Newmark has added Lydia Thompson as senior managing director. She is responsible for originating and managing multifamily investment sales across the region. She is based in Portland, and working closely with Vice Chairman Gail Neuburg and Managing Director Robert Black. With over 23 years of industry experience in Oregon, Southwest Washington and Southern California, Thompson is familiar with acquisitions, dispositions, due diligence, renovation repositioning, rebranding, and financial reporting and analysis. She is a licensed broker in Oregon and Washington.
