JE Dunn Construction has hired Mel Jones as senior diversity and inclusion manager. From the company鈥檚 Portland office, he will lead initiatives throughout the west region. He has over 25 years of experience in construction, including diversity and inclusion efforts. Jones will support a collaborative and innovative culture throughout the firm. He will be responsible for fostering an open and inclusive environment that will enhance project outcomes. He will also be involved in development and execution of company-wide diversity and inclusion strategies.
