Building permits issued for May 14-20

  • A $10,000,000 new construction permit is under inspection for a five-story, 64-unit mixed-use building with ground-floor retail space at 1905 N.W. 23rd Ave. The applicant is Dave Mojica of Works Progress Architecture, and the owner is ENT Ventures VI LLC, which is registered to developer Parker McNulty. No contractor is listed.
  • A $1,028,298 new construction permit was issued for a three-story, 15-unit apartment building at 6105 S.E. Cora St. The applicant is Nathan Arnold of Faster Permits, the contractor is TJ Nisbet Construction, and the owner is Alpina Properties LLC.
  • A $603,593 new construction permit was issued for a three-story, seven-unit apartment building at 2720 S.E.
