New McLoughlin Middle School & Marshall Elementary Replacement

Skanska invites Subcontractors to mark your calendars for the bidding of the new 202,000SF, 41 acre McLoughlin Middle School and Elementary Replacement Project. The project will include 3 main bid packages to be released and tentatively bid per the following:

Bid Package #1 – Civil, Site Utilities and Asphalt:
Issued: April 24, 2018
Bid Date: May 23, 2018

Bid Package #2 – Fire Protection, Elevator, Masonry, Structure (CLT, Wood Framing, Structural Concrete, Structural Steel, and Steel Joists):
Issued: May 26, 2018
Bid Date: June 22, 2018

Bid Package #3 – Roofing, Siding, SiteWork, Demo, and Finishes:
Issued: August 8, 2018
Bid Date: September 2, 2018

All project scopes are yet to be awarded except for Plumbing, Mechanical and Electrical. Skanska intends to competitively bid the Structure package.
