Bids Due: 6/1/18 at 2PM

The project consists of 13,118 sf of additions to the existing building footprint, approx. 42,000 sf of interior renovation, extensive site development & site/building utility upgrades.

Building Package 2 scopes include:
structural, exterior envelope, building MEP (not included in Site Package 1), window replacement, roof replacement and exterior finishes.

Outreach Event: interested bidders are encouraged to attend the Outreach Event to be held from 10am to 12pm on 5/24/18 at Bremik鈥檚 Office @ 1026 SE Stark St., Portland

Estimated Schedule: June 2018 – Aug 2019

Job Walk: 7am – 9am on 5/23/18

Project Goals & Requirements:
– BOLI Commercial Prevailing Wage Rates apply
-DMWESB subcontractors are encouraged to apply
