  • Early assistance is pending and a pre-application conference is sought for an 8,120-square-foot addition to the NECA-IBEW Electrical Training Center at 16021 N.E. Airport Way. The project would include removal of 17 parking spaces to accommodate the expansion and minor modifications to parking lot landscaping. The applicant is Robert Mosier of Robert Mosier Architect, and the owner is Tim Gauthier.
