Building permits issued for May 28-June 3

• A $1,500,000 alteration permit was issued for a first-floor restaurant and bar build-out with a finishing kitchen and a small lobby coffee bar, as well as a full kitchen basement tenant improvement, at the Woodlark Hotel building at 813 S.W. Alder St. The applicant is Mike Coyle of Faster Permits, the contractor is LCG Pence, and the owner is Woodlark Owner LLC.

• A $1,061,203 new construction permit was issued for a three-story, 12-unit apartment building at 8410 S.E. 17th Ave. The applicant is Ryan Pickrel of Faster Permits, the contractor is Elliott Properties Inc., and the owner is James Peterson.

• A $6,000,000 new construction permit was issued for a five-story, 96-unit apartment building at 2580 S.E. Ankeny St. The applicant is David Mullens of Urban Development Group, the contractor is SK Hoff Construction, and the owner is UDG 26th & Ankeny LLC.

• A $579,000 new construction permit was issued on deferred submittal for pre-cast architectural concrete on the Multnomah County Health Department headquarters at 619 N.W. Sixth Ave. The applicant is Liz Mayer of Northwest Precast LLC, the contractor is JE Dunn Construction Company, and the owner is Multnomah County.

• A $659,000 new construction permit was issued on deferred submittal for exterior metal panels on a storage building at 2211 N.W. • A $1,083,913 alteration permit is under review for the complete removal and replacement of existing siding, windows and flashing on a condominium building at 909 N.E. Brazee St. The applicant is Mike Lindor of contractor Tatley Grund Inc., and the owner is Association of Unit Owners of Avon Manor Condominium.

• A $525,350 alteration permit is under review for a tenant improvement for a new restaurant at the southeast corner tenant space of the Sky3 building at 1111 S.W. Jefferson St. The applicant is Mike Montgomery of Simpl Home Designs, the contractor is Affordable Restaurant Hoods Sales & Installation Inc., and the owner is PH Portland Jefferson LLC of Las Vegas.

• A $525,000 new construction permit is under review for a three-story, four-unit apartment building at 6015 S.E. 51st Ave. The applicant is Gene Bolante of Studio 3 Architecture, the contractor is WDC Construction, and the owner is Mark R Madden Rev Lvg Tr.

• A $550,000 alteration permit was issued for a tenant improvement for Xenial at the Union Bank Building at 707 S.W. Washington St. The applicant is Yukari Kubo of Yost Grube Hall Architecture, the contractor is Melvin Mark Construction, and the owner is UBCT Partnership.

• Three addition permits totaling $1,600,000 were issued on deferred submittal for the Multnomah County Central Courthouse project at 1200 S.W. First Ave. Permitted work includes curtainwall systems on levels one through four, façade access equipment, and curtainwall roof and penthouse embeds on levels four through 17. The applicant is Jeff Gardner of contractor Hoffman Construction, and the owner is Multnomah County.

Facility permit intakes for May 28-June 3

• A $4,300,000 alteration permit is under review for tenant improvements to the first and second floors of the Green Building at the Adidas campus at 5055 N. Greeley Ave. The applicant is Jake Freauff of Hacker, the contractor is PCL Construction services of Bellevue, Washington, and the owner is Adidas Village Corporation.

• A $27,000,000 alteration permit is under review for exterior and interior improvements to the Oregon Convention Center at 777 N.E. Martin Luther King, Jr. Blvd. The applicant is Pamela Trevithick of Seattle-based LMN Architects, the contractor is Colas Construction, and the owner is Metro. A $703,658 mechanical alteration permit is also under review for the project; the primary contractor is out to bid.
