Building permits issued for June 4-10

• A $2,500,000 addition permit was issued for a tenant improvement to Oregon Public Broadcasting’s building at 7140 S.W. Macadam Ave. The applicant is Dana Krawczuk of Stoel Rives, the contractor is Balfour Beatty Construction, and the owner is the Oregon Public Broadcasting Foundation.

• An $800,000 new construction permit was issued on deferred submittal for vinyl windows and doors on PHK Development’s TwentyTwenty condominium project at 2020 N.E. Multnomah St. The applicant is Kyle Helm of contractor Andersen Construction, and the owner is Sullivan’s Gulch Joint Venture LLC.
