• Design advice is sought for the replacement of Lincoln High School at 1600 S.W. Salmon St. The applicant is Becca Cavell of Bora Architects, and the owner is Portland Public Schools.

• Early assistance is requested for a new three-story, 18-unit apartment or condominium building at 6306 N. Maryland Ave. The structure would meet Community Design Standards and have bay windows overhanging the right of way. The applicant is Steve Fosler of Fosler Portland Architecture, and the owners are Knockout Investments LLC and YJS Management Co., both of Las Vegas.

• Early assistance is sought for construction of a new 11-story Hyatt Place hotel at 350 N.W. 12th Ave. A surface parking lot currently occupies the quarter-block site, which was purchased by SolTerra in 2016 for $5.75 million. The applicant is Ray Harrigill of Madison, Mississippi-based The Sunray Companies LLC, and the owner is Seattle-based Parq on 12th LLC, which is registered to SolTerra co-founder James Wong.

• Early assistance is requested for a new automobile showroom with a three-story parking garage at 3330 S.W. Macadam Blvd. The applicant and owner is Stuart Lindquist of Lindquist Development Co. Inc.

• Early assistance is sought for a new senior housing building with 80-90 units at 8314 N. Willamette Blvd. The applicant is Gary Reddick of V3 Studio, and the owner is Bernice Patterson.

• A pre-application conference is requested for a proposed five-story, 55,788-square-foot affordable housing development at 5020 N. Interstate Ave. The proposed building would contain 10 one-bedroom units, 22 two-bedroom units, 16 three-bedroom units, and three three-bedroom townhomes. The first floor would include tuck-under parking. The applicants are Michelle Black and Brendan Sanchez of Carleton Hart Architecture, and the owners are the Portland Housing Bureau and Diane Linn of Proud Ground.

• A Type III conditional use procedure is sought for construction of a new facility for worship at 5727 S.E. 136th Ave. The proposed building is on a 1.5-acre site with mixed zoning. The applicants are Hee Kwon and Owan Kim, and the owner is Onnuri Evangelical Church.
