Bid Package 2 – Phase 2-8 & Misc Site

Bids Due: 6/28/18 at 2PM

As a part of this bid, KNCC is requesting subcontractor and supplier proposals to complete all scopes of work for the renovation of the Middle School in Beaverton, Oregon. Phase 2-8 of a multi-phased renovation and addition project includes complete renovation of select interior spaces including 2 new classroom additions, renovations of administration space, renovation of science classrooms, renovation of corridors and common spaces, renovation of media center, modifications and new HVAC/controls system, electrical upgrades, fire/life/safety upgrades, new access control and security system, upgraded fire sprinkler system, and complete restroom upgrades.

There will be a non-mandatory pre-bid meeting held at 3:30PM on Wed. 6/13 & Wed. 6/20 at the project site for Five Oaks Middle School, located at 1600 NW 173rd, Beaverton, OR 97006.
