ENGINEERING

Humber Design Group has promoted Joel Hill to senior project designer. He routinely works on civil design and layout, including design management, owner and project team coordination, drawing setup, project design and coordination, calculations and report writing. Currently, he is working on the Foster Shelter under the Multnomah County Emergency Housing program and Bridge Housing鈥檚 Riverplace Parcel 3 affordable housing development. Hill is a certified engineering intern. He holds a bachelor鈥檚 degree in civil engineering from the University of Minnesota, Twin Cities.
