Kat Miller has joined the Portland office of K&L Gates LLP. She advises clients on corporate governance, mergers and acquisitions, and alternative investment fund issues. Miller has experience working with corporate clients in a variety of industries, including technology, food and beverage, transportation and health care. She also advises domestic and offshore private fund managers on organizational, regulatory and securities compliance matters. Additionally, Miller works with investors and investment advisers.
