Energy Trust of Oregon adds Fonseca

Energy Trust of Oregon has added Ernesto Fonseca to its board of directors. He will offer insight regarding energy, utilities, construction, agriculture and business, as well as both rural and urban community perspectives. Fonseca is the CEO of Hacienda Community Development Corporation. He has experience with city development, project management and architectural design.
