Building permits issued for June 11-17

• A $34,200,000 addition permit was issued for the second phase of improvements to Providence Park at 1844 S.W. Morrison St., including expansion of the stadium鈥檚 east side to include three new elevated levels, including concourses, support spaces and seating trays, and a new steel canopy roof structure. • A $606,000 addition permit is under inspection for improvements to a warehouse building at 100 N.E. Farragut St. The applicant is Brannon Lobdell of Brannon Ritner Lobdell Architecture, the contractor is Reworks Inc., and the owner is General Assembly LLC.

• A $1,341,700 alteration permit was issued for a value-added revision to 鈥淏uilding C鈥� at The Hopper at 2019 N.W. • A $1,465,700 new construction permit was issued for a four-story mixed-use building at 6640 N.E. Martin Luther King Jr. Blvd. The building will contain 18 apartment units over a ground-floor shell tenant space.
