Joseph Hughes Construction promotes Rotta

CONSTRUCTION
Joseph Hughes Construction has promoted Joe Rotta to director of pre-construction. He joined the firm in 2016. Rotta has 30 years of on-site construction, real estate development, project management and account management experience. His responsibilities will include managing the pre-construction process from initial client outreach through qualifying new business leads, estimating and client contracting.
