New McLoughlin Middle School & Marshall Elementary Replacement Project

Skanska invites Subcontractors to mark your calendars for the bidding of the new 202,000SF, 41 acre McLoughlin Middle School & Elementary Replacement Project. The project will include 3 main bid packages to be released and tentatively bid per the following:

Bid Package #2 – Fire Protection, Elevator, Structure (CLT, Wood Framing, Structural Concrete, Structural Steel, & Steel Joists) Issued: 6/4/18 Bid Date: 6/26/18

Bid Package #3 – Roofing, Siding, SiteWork, Demo, gym equipment, interior specialties, & Finishes Issued: 8/8/18 Bid Date: 9/2/18

All project scopes are yet to be rewarded except for Plumbing, Mechanical & Electrical. Skanska intends to competitively bid the Structure package, & interior specialties
