Lump-Sum BIDS will be received from interested Subcontractors & Suppliers at the Office of Colas Construction, Inc., the Construction Manager/General Contractor, at 19 NW 5th Avenue, #203, Portland, Oregon 97209 for Multiple Scopes of Work on the following project: Oregon Convention Center Plaza, Entries & Interiors project COBID Subcontractor participation is strongly encouraged.
