Rickards joins Westlake Consultants Inc.

Engineer in Training Evan Rickards has joined Westlake Consultants Inc. Rickards will support the firm鈥檚 civil team with subdivision drafting and preliminary research for proposed wind farm projects. He previously served as an intern for Yamhill County Public Works conducting preliminary traffic studies and working with databases to verify asphalt quantities and yields. He holds a bachelor鈥檚 degree in civil engineering from George Fox University.
