New McLoughlin Middle School & Marshall Elementary Replacement Project

Skanska invites Subcontractors to mark your calendars for the bidding of the new 202,000SF, 41 acre McLoughlin Middle School & Elementary Replacement Project. The project will include 4 bid packages to be released & tentatively bid per the following:

Bid Package #2a – Fire Protection, Elevator, Structure (CLT, Wood Framing, Structural Concrete, Structural Steel & Steel Joists)
Issued: 6/4/18 Bid Date: 7/2/18 at 3pm PST

Bid Package #2b – Structure (CLT Install, Wood Framing Supply and Install)
Issued: 7/2/18 Bid Date: 7/23/18 at 3pm PST

Bid Package #3 – Roofing, Siding, SiteWork, Demo, Gym Equipment, Interior Specialties & Finishes
Issued: 8/8/18 Bid Date: 9/2/18 at 3pm PST

All project scopes are yet to be rewarded except for Plumbing, Mechanical & Electrical. Skanska intends to competitively bid the Structure package, & interior specialites
