This one-story ground-up building for Milwaukie Ledding Library is approximately 20,000 square feet with new landscaping and surface parking. It is made up of common public library areas including Adult, Teen and Children鈥檚 spaces consisting of book stacks, reading areas, activity areas, a flexible community room, and smaller meeting and study rooms. There are administrative offices, staff work areas and library functional support spaces. There is a mechanical mezzanine over the bathroom area and an enclosed service yard open to the sky.
