The bid documents can also be accessed through the Medford Builders Exchange. Proposers must utilize the specified Proposal Forms provided in Specifications.

Bids can be hand delivered/mailed to Logos Public Charter School at 400 Earhart Street, Medford, OR 97501, Attention Sheryl Zimmerer, Executive Director, or emailed to [email protected] no later than 2PM 7/31/18, with a hard copy mailed same day.

J.B. Steel, Inc. is serving as the Construction Manager / General Contractor (鈥淐M/GC鈥�) for the Logos Public Charter School project & requests Subcontractor proposals for the above project on behalf of Logos Public Charter School (鈥淥wner鈥�). This is a Prevailing Wage project per ORS 279C dated 01/01/2018, subject to Amendment 04/01/2018.
