Building permits issued for July 16-22

  • A $513,000 new construction permit was issued on deferred submittal for exterior cold-formed metal framing on a multifamily building under construction at 2045 S.W. River Parkway. The applicant is Matthew Brand of contractor Hoffman Construction, and the owner is the city of Portland.
  • A $667,000 new construction permit was issued on deferred submittal for vinyl windows on a new affordable housing building under construction at 515 N.E. Holladay St. The applicant is Patrick Dengsot of Walsh Construction, the contractor is O鈥橬eill/Walsh Community Builders, and the owner is Home Forward.

  • A $1,224,252 new construction permit is under review for a three-story, 15-unit apartment building at 4619 S.E. 40th Ave. The applicant is Melissa Meiners of Koble Creative Architecture, the contractor is Deform NW, and the owner is Charles Stilwell Jr.
