Baldwin General Contracting, Inc. is requesting sub bid proposals of the NEW Hetherwood Multi-Family Apartments which consists of: (3) New Multi-Family Apartment Buildings; North, East, and West. The North and East Buildings are each Four Stories, Type V-A Construction. North Building includes 65 Studios and Community Space. East Building Includes 34 Apartments, Studios and one-bedroom units, with 8 covered / enclosed parking garage spaces and 5 private garages.

East Building also has a community fitness space.

West Building is Three Stories, Type V-B Construction. Includes 36 apartments with 8 covered / enclosed parking garage spaces and 5 private garages.

All buildings have an elevator.

Project is estimated to start late Summer – August of 2018.

Duration of project is 15 months.
