The project includes the seismic upgrade of a portion of the station and remodeling of the firefighter dorms. The fire station will be occupied and must remain operational for emergency response during the entirety of the project. The emergency operations and occupied portions of the station include the apparatus bay, kitchen, west training room and administrative offices. During the dormitory remodel, the firefighters will be quartered at night in a different location.

There will be a non-mandatory job site walk through for interested sub-contractors on 8/2/18 at 10AM at the project site listed above.
