This project includes an early site package for the earthwork, site work, select exterior improvements, and underground utilities on the 11.41-acre site in preparation for the Washington County Event Center project. Phase1 Site Package construction is anticipated to start September 2018 The landscape irrigation, soil preparation, planting, and building construction are not a part of this package and will be included in a future the Phase II package.
