Gibbs & Olson has hired Samuel Barham as a project engineer. He has over 13 years of civil engineering experience with a strong knowledge of water, wastewater and transportation infrastructure for the public sector. Barham鈥檚 experience includes work on projects for the cities of Longview, Washington, and Spokane, Washington, as well as the Washington State Department of Transportation. He is a licensed engineer in the state of Washington.
